The Multiboard 24mm iCore LR (Low Rise) system is a lighter and stronger, single-layer alternative to the party-wall systems currently in the marketplace. The iCore 24mm LR system is mostly used for the separation between townhouses/multi-unit dwellings to provide high fire and acoustic performance wall systems of up to FRL 90/90/90 for fire, and Rw+Ctr = 57dB for acoustic. There is also no requirement for on-site, wet weather protection of the product during construction.
